The Return and Refunds Policy is a critical aspect of our services at Turfwala. By accepting our Terms of Service, you are also agreeing to the guidelines outlined in our 'Returns & Refunds' Policy.

a) We want to clarify that Turfwala does not dictate cancellation and refund policies for events listed on behalf of third-party service providers on our site. It is the responsibility of these providers to communicate their refund policy to you via our platform. The sole responsibility for issuing refunds lies with the third-party service provider/seller of products. Therefore, any requests for a refund should be directed to the third-party service providers with whom you made a booking through our site. Turfwala cannot be held liable for any refund-related claims in connection with services.

b) If you wish to cancel the booking of an order for a service provided by a third-party service provider on Turfwala, the refund amount will be in line with the specific venue, event, or service's refund policy.

c) The refund amount is subject to deduction of bank charges, which amounts to 3% of the paid amount, in addition to any applicable cancellation charges.

d) When it comes to events, venues, and services organized directly by Turfwala: - Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. - All fees paid to Turfwala are non-refundable, non-saleable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances. - In the event of a cancellation of an event or venue organized by Turfwala, a voucher for the full booking amount will be issued. This voucher can be redeemed against any future bookings on Turfwala’s site within six months from the date of cancellation.

e) If you encounter issues with online ticket booking leading to a failed transaction, refunds for such orders will be processed within 7-10 working days.

f) Please note that Turfwala reserves the right to change or modify this cancellation and refund policy without any prior notice.

g) Regarding payments, Turfwala is not responsible for any unauthorized transactions conducted on our site using your payment card, internet banking, or any other method. Consequently, we are not obligated to refund any money to you in such instances.
